Playing your Guitar Hero 3 game is very cool and entertaining but can get a little stale after a while. You can spice up your experience with Guitar Hero 3 cheats, but a lot of people don’t know how to enter them to unlock the hidden treats in guitar hero.
Guitar Hero 3 cheat codes are described a letters inside parenthesis with each parenthesis played on each strum of the guitar.
The color code designations are as follows :
G – Green
R – Red
Y – Yellow
B – Blue
O – Orange
To enter your guitar hero 3 cheat codes, go to the Main Menu > Cheats > Enter New Cheat.
Too actually enter the cheat code you must strum the guitar while holding the designated buttons. If the code designates multiple colors in the same set of parenthesis, the colors must be held down together. For example; (YO) means you hold the Yellow and Orange buttons at the same time and strum the guitar.
When entering the Guitar Hero 3 cheats you must play each color set at three second intervals. Don’t be alarmed if there is not any sound when entering your cheat codes, just continue entering the cheat and the Guitar Hero 3 will accept the code when you play the last chords.
If you don’t save your settings before you stop you will lose Guitar Hero3 will erase the cheats you entered and you will have to enter them again next time. All Guitar Hero 3 cheats except for “Unlock All Songs” can be toggled off in the cheat menu by pressing the Green button.
